Share houses with Bondi International House
We have several furnished, high quality properties – and all with WiFi – in and around Bondi. Each is within 50 metres of buses and shops. You'll find it's easy to get to the beach, work or university!
All BIH properties have:
- A large widescreen television with Cable TV (Foxtel™) in common lounge rooms
- WiFi internet access
- Laundry and washing facilities
- Modern furniture and new mattresses in bedrooms
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Garden access
- Parking is available in all houses.
What does share houses with BIH mean?
- Residents can have their own room or share with another person of their choosing. The landlord generally limits shared rooms to 30% of the total household in order to avoid overcrowding and keep the number of residents at a comfortable level.
- In a typical share house situation, tenants rent a single room or shared room and all residents have access to the bathrooms, living room and the kitchen.
- Minimum stay is 3 months, but you can stay much longer – as long as youmake prompt rent payments and are respectful of flatmates and neighbours.
- There is a 'Share House Leader' who makes sure that the house rules are followed by everyone and that the property is kept clean and furniture undamaged. All electricity, gas, water, internet and cable TV costs are included in the weekly rental. The total rent per week includes an estimate of the cost of these bills.

I am sad to say that I'm leavin the Blair Street house. I have been there for six months, and Michael and Vivian were great. There were many exciting events and BBQ's planned.
